Why won’t this site accept my credit card?

We only accept payments using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Please make sure there are sufficient funds on the card and that the correct billing address is linked to the card you are using.
If you’re still having issues using your card, you may want to try using a different credit card for payment or contact your credit card provider for more information.

Why does it look like there are charges from you on my credit card even though my order was declined?

Your card may be showing what look like pending charges from us, but this is a pre-authorization, which is a temporary hold on a specified amount of money against the available funds on your credit card. This is not an actual charge on your card because no funds are taken. Your card provider may show this pre-authorization as a pending transaction on your account, even if the order wasn’t completed. Our pre-authorizations usually take 3 to 7 days to clear from your card, even if your order has been declined or if payment has failed.

How do I check the status of an order?

You can check the status of an order if you have created an account with us. After you sign in to your account, click or tap on the Order History section to review the status of an order.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payments using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

How do I order an eGift card?

Browse the site for the eGift cards you want to purchase, add them to the shopping cart and check-out. Payment can be using either a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Are eGift Cards refundable?

Cyber Buy eGift Cards are non-refundable after delivery of the digital link. If you do not receive the link or if you accidentally delete it, we are happy to re-send it. Simply contact Customer Service.

Where can Cyber Buy eGift Cards be used?

An eGift Card can generally be used at that brand’s website, however, each retailer is different, so please refer to the specific redemption details found on each eGift Card’s webpage before you buy any of our eGift Cards.

How is my eGift card delivered?

You will receive an email that contains a link to the eGift Card. Instructions for use are specific to each brand and further information can be found on the website of the provider. This is the only delivery option for eGift cards purchased on our website.

When will I receive my eGift Card?

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 24 hours, but they can take up to 48 hours from the time of check-out to be reviewed before the order is approved and processed.

Are there restrictions on denominations when purchasing eGift Cards?

The eGift cards we provide have denominations set to fixed amounts, like €25 or €50 for some products. You can refer to that specific brand’s products on our website to find out what denominations are available.
